    The Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art is a contemporary art museum situated in the Plaça dels Àngels, in El Raval neighborhood, Ciutat Vella district, in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The museum opened to the public on 28 November 1995.

    Getting There 
    From Barcelona El Prat Airport (BCN):
    By Taxi: Approximately 20-25 minutes. By Public Transport: Take the Aerobús (A1 or A2) to Plaça Catalunya, then walk 10 minutes to the museum. From Barcelona Sants

    Railway Station: By Metro: Take L3 (Green Line) to Liceu station, then walk 10 minutes to the museum. Alternatively, take L1 (Red Line) to Universitat station, which is a 5-minute walk to MACBA.

    By Taxi: Approximately 10 minutes. Walking Directions from Plaça Catalunya: Walk along Carrer Pelai towards Carrer dels Tallers and turn left onto Carrer de Montalegre; MACBA is on your right.
